Where Vines, Quince, and Biodynamic Livestock Coexist in Harmony

Our land is home to more than Areni Sev. It hosts fragrant quince groves that hum with bees and untouched fallow fields that rest and regenerate, restoring balance to the soil. These lands are not forgotten—they are part of a biodynamic rhythm, where cultivation and stillness each have their season. This mosaic of activity and repose nurtures life, allowing the vineyard to grow stronger, more self-sufficient, and more in tune with nature’s cycles.

Animals, too, are our collaborators. Chickens, sheep, and cows are not merely present—they are vital. Their movement aerates the soil. Their manure, composted into biodynamic preparations, feeds the vineyard with rich, living nutrients. They maintain natural balance, eliminate the need for chemicals, and strengthen the entire ecosystem.

This deeply interwoven landscape allows Kutque to thrive without irrigation, pesticides, or synthetic intervention. Dry farming pushes our vines to reach deeper, pulling minerals from ancient volcanic and sedimentary layers cand reating grapes of true depth and character. What grows here comes from resilience—and the flavor tells that story.

Kutque is not a vineyard that simply grows grapes—it grows with them. It listens to the land, honors its cycles, and welcomes biodiversity as a guiding force. Every bottle is born from this relationship: between sun and soil, fruit and root, animal, and air.
